Special Easter Offering This year, our special Easter offering will be split between Youth Scholarships and Missions. Please note “Easter Offering” on your donations. Easter giving envelopes can be found in the pews.

Church Potluck Ron Markloff, Regional Director of Venture Church Network, will be here with us on April 7th. You are invited to join us after the 2nd service for a potluck and to hear what is happening within VCN. Sign up in lobby/gym to bring a side or dessert. The main dish & drinks will be provided.

Ladies Walking Group This group is open to women of all ages and walking abilities. Come, lace up your walking shoes and connect with others while enjoying the beauty of God’s creation with every step. They meet this Thursday at 6:30pm in the gym.

Red Cross Blood Drive will be here next Monday, April 8, in the BFLC (gym) from 12:30-5:30pm. The Red Cross is in need of blood and is taking every precaution to keep everyone safe during their collections.

Sensory-Friendly Worship Area “A shush-free, judgment-free zone where ALL can safely learn about God!” Our chapel has been fitted with wiggle seats, fidget toys, dimmable lights, noise-canceling headphones, a calming special-effect light and more! We welcome all who have unique needs to enjoy this area during our services!

Active Retired Men in Service Thursdays @ 8:30AM. This great group of guys meets for devotions, prayer time and lots of fellowship! Following their group time, they also help out around the church as well. Come on over!

Family Meal Wednesday
Served: 4:45-5:45PM | Suggested Donation is $3/person or $10/family
Sign Up by Monday: Ramp Bulletin Board, in SBS class or call the office
Menu: Jack’s BBQ Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes, Baked Beans & desserts you bring. Desserts are on a donation basis; feel free to share a dessert any time.
Special Needs: If you know of a shut-in or elderly person you would like to deliver a meal to, please sign them up and indicate “Shut-In”. Meals for special needs are free of charge.

Baptism Sunday is Coming! April 21st – If you would like to take the plunge in following Jesus’ example, let us know on your connect card by April 7th.

Ladies Tea Saturday, April 13th 1:30 pm – For ladies of all ages, you can be young or young-at-heart. Join us for a relaxing afternoon of finger foods, tea, charming conversations with friends and a short devotion. If you would like to help or host a table, let Rachel know or mark on signup sheets. Signups are in the lobby.

Talent Show April 26 6:00pm – We enjoyed last year’s experience so much that we are bringing it back!! If you have a God-given gift you want to share with others, sign up!! It can be singing, poetry, a skit with friends, sleight of hand, comedy, etc. Submissions due April 14. Contact Pastor Luke for more info.

Spring Fling May 4, 2024 – “We are a community in Christ, reaching our community for Christ.” Sign up today in the lobby or gym to help during a time slot at the FBC tent. Great opportunity for ALL ages!

VBS 2024 July 8-12 6-8:30p – At “The Great Jungle Journey” VBS, kids sail along on a fun jungle cruise, stopping at seven ports of call – the 7 C’s of History: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ, Cross, and Consummation. Kids will discover how these biblical events shape our world, and they will learn to reconnect the Bible to their everyday lives. Volunteer signups begin 5/1. Kid signups begin 6/1.

College Care Ministry Donation bin is located by the Kitchen. Monetary donations are gratefully accepted to help with postage. Please designate “College ministry” and place in the offering. * Student Info is due April 14 * Please provide student info to ensure they receive a package! Help us pack & pray over the boxes Mon. 4/22 6pm! Suggested items to donate by April 21:

The Barnabas Basket is a monthly food collection that takes place on the first Sunday of the month (Communion Sunday). All donations are given to the Danville Food Bank. The basket will be located in the main foyer. April’s Need: Canned Fruit
