COSTA RICA PANCAKE BREAKFAST Saturday, April 12 7-9am – The FBC Youth Costa Rica Team invites you to support their trip by attending a pancake breakfast on Saturday. Spring Clean Up Day Saturday, April 12 8am – 12pm – Come early for pancakes, then join us in taking care of the building and property God has given us! Special Needs: If you know of a shut-in or elderly person you would like to deliver a meal to, please sign them up and indicate “Shut-In”. Meals for special needs are free of charge.

M&M Tubes Still Available Filled the tubes you had and looking for more? Just ask the office staff. All donations will purchase glasses for Honduras.

 

Scholarship Funds Available The Mission Board will be accepting applications for post-high school education from applicants planning to attend post-graduate training at an academic facility with the intent to pursue ministry or missionary work upon graduation. Applications can be picked up at the mission wall in the main lobby! Deadline to submit your application is APRIL 30! For more information regarding the scholarship, contact Frank Auker.

Easter Egg Hunt for ages 2 to 6th grade! This is a time of fun centered on the gospel! Bring a friend! Register kiddos for our egg hunt by listing their names & ages on your connect card. The egg hunt will start at 9:15am in the gym. Sign-up by Sunday, April 13, so we have eggs & goodie bags for everyone!

Memorial Easter Flowers Potted Easter flowers may be ordered in honor or memory of a loved one. The suggested donation is $12. They will be available to take home on Easter Sunday after the services. Please contact the church office by Next Sunday, April 13 to participate.

 

Special Easter Offering This year’s offering will be split between the Youth Costa Rica Missions Trip and Marvin Robinson (sending kids from Rochester to Word of Life Summer Camp). Please note “Easter Offering on your donation. Easter giving envelopes can be found in the pews.

 

DESSERT RECEPTION Sunday, April 13 @ 6PM – We will be hearing from the Hardenstine’s as they transition home. Come on out and hear their story in person as we seek to encourage and support them. Dessert donations greatly appreciated!!

 

Jr. Kids Church is MOVING! We have out grown our current room and will be moving to the Noah’s Ark Hallway beginning next Sunday, April 13th. Follow the signs taking you down the office hallway to the back staircase.

 

Joni & Friends There will be an informational meeting, next Sunday, April 13th, at 9:15 am in the back of the sanctuary for anyone interested in volunteering at one of their family retreat camps this summer. The weeks are June 16-20, June 23-27 or July 28-August 1. Contact Donna Outt for more info.

 

All Church Potluck Dr. Jeff Denlinger, President of World Venture, will be here with us on Sunday, April 27. Delivery Drivers Needed We are looking for drivers to assist us in dropping off Easter gifts to our sweet home-bound church family members!! Gift pick-up will be Friday (4/18) from 9am-3pm in the main foyer. Drivers will be provided with addresses and phone numbers. Want to rev your engines for a sweet cause? Spring Fling May 3, 2025 – “We are a community in Christ, reaching our community for Christ.” We want to share our devotion and love for missions with our community, whether that mission is here or abroad. We would love to see a few people from each adult SS class sign up for one hour. Sign up today in the lobby to help at our tent. Great opportunity for ALL ages!

 

WoL Ontario Mission Trip FBC is sending a team back to WoL, Ontario to help and support our missionaries, Jonathan and Melissa Ward, through work projects, clean up, etc. Applications can be picked up at the Mission Wall. Passports and a $100 deposit are required for this trip. We would like to see interested high school students provide their own deposit to show a full commitment to doing the Lord’s work at WOL. Middle school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Applications and deposits are due May 4th.
