ANNOUNCEMENTS

Special Business Meeting Sunday (1/12) after the 8am service. This will be a brief meeting to vote in new members per the deacons’ recommendation. Join us immediately following the 8am service in the sanctuary.

Baptisms happening during the 10:30 service this Sunday (1/12)! Several people have made the decision to follow Jesus’ example in baptism! Please encourage them today and in their ongoing walk with Jesus. “So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” Galatians 3:26-27

Snow Many Good Books! Slide into our Library and wrap yourself up in a good book. There’s a flurry of great titles for all ages! And no cold-shoulder for late returns. The Library is open between services on Sunday and Wednesday evenings.

Fishnet This group of amazing ladies meets on Thursdays from 9AM-12 noon at the home of Linda Beyer. They process large quantities of eyeglasses and sunglasses to be sent all over the world! If you would like to join them, please call Donna Outt.

Ladies Bible Study Begins Tuesday! January 14 @ 9AM – Who is Jesus? How one answers this question proves the most important thing about them. In this study of the Gospel of John, women will behold the glory of God revealed in Jesus Christ and experience His life-transforming power as they come to believe that He is the great I AM! Nursery and Kids’ Jumpstart available. Workbooks are available for pickup (suggested donation of $20). Sign up today in the main lobby!

GAME NIGHTS ARE BACK! This Friday at 6pm in the gym. Bring your favorite games and a snack to share. Let’s beat the winter blues by gathering together to play games and fellowship!

Sanctity of Human Life Sunday Combined Adult Sunday School – All adults are encouraged to attend our combined Sunday School class next Sunday at 9:15am in the gym as we hear from Marthe Beauvais from Your Loving Choices in Bloomsburg.

All Church Lunch & Honduras Recap – Sunday, January 26 after the 10:30am service – We are super excited to hear more about the trip to Honduras. The team will be sharing their experience during the lunch on January 26th! All are welcome to join. The main dish will be provided. Sign up for a side dish or dessert in the main lobby.

TOY DONATIONS for AWANA Need to get rid of excess toys? We are collecting new & gently used toys for our Awana store. It greatly helps to offset the cost of the store. A bin will be available downstairs during the month of January!

Full steam ahead to Summer 2025! With Wonder Junction VBS happening July 7-11, 6:8:30pm. Family Fun Day is July 13.

FBC Connect Class coming up January 28, February 2 & 9. If you are new here and would like to know what we are all about or if you have questions on being baptized or becoming a member, then this is your class! Calling All Prayer Warriors It’s time to update our Prayer Chain! There is nothing more powerful than lifting each other in prayer to our Loving Father in times of great need. The Prayer Chain is available by phone and/or email. If you would like to be added, contact the church office.
