Fishnet Sabbatical This group of ladies will be back in action on August 12th!

Full Time Position Available at FBC! If you are interested in applying for our Children’s Ministry Director position, pick up an informational packet at the Info Desk. For questions, please reach out to the deacon overseeing the search for this position, Malachi Courtney. We welcome those within FBC and those not from FBC to apply!

Sundaes with the Wonderlands! THIS Saturday @ 3pm in the gym. Join us in saying “see you later” to Pastor Harry and Lynn Wonderland as they begin their new adventure living closer to family in Virginia! Cards are welcome, but no gifts please. No RSVP needed!

Family Fun Day Heartfelt Thanks! Many thanks to all who helped out! From setting up to flipping burgers to putting salads in bowls to organizing food lines to monitoring the slip-n-slide to organizing the ball game to clean up; we couldn’t have done it without you!!

Blanket Collection for Unto From locust infestations to forest fires, to floods, blankets have been in high demand! As a result, Unto, formerly GAiN, is in dire need of replenishing their blanket stock and are collecting blankets, new or gently-used. Our collection point will be in the main foyer starting next Sunday.

Christian Literature Collection We’ll be collecting gently used Bibles, Christian books, CD’s and DVD’s. All materials will be brought to the Experience Missions collection point in Williamsport who will sort, organize and ship it around the world! Note: No Guidepost, please. Our collection point will be in the main foyer starting next Sunday.

Nursery / 1.5hrs/week Sun. & Wed. / 0 to 3yrs
AWANA / 1.5hrs per week-Wed. evenings / 3 yrs to 6th grade
Jr & Sr High / 2hrs/week / 7th to 12th grade
Jr. Kidz Church / 1.5hrs/week – 10:30am service / Age 4 – Kindergarten
Children’s Church / 1.5hrs/week – 10:30am service / 1st & 2nd grades
Sunday School / 1.5hrs/week – 9:15am / All ages

*Child Safe Church Clearances are required for these positions*

FBC Summer Reading Program Our Library is welcoming kiddos from Kindergarten to 6th grade to take part in the Scripture Reading Race! Stop in and pick up your race card and earn a prize once you have crossed the finish line! A parent/guardian signature is required on your completed card for prize eligibility. Cards are due by August 15th! Happy reading!!

Next Baptism Sunday: Aug. 15 – If you would like to take the plunge in following Jesus’ example, let us know by Sunday, August 8th.

Happening Next Sunday The Barnabas Basket is a monthly food collection that takes place on the first Sunday of the month (Communion Sunday). All donations are given to the Danville Food Bank. The basket will be located in main foyer. August’s Need: Peanut Butter & Saltines

Knoebel’s Summer Campground Ministry Join our own Terry Davis and the Shamokin Area Christian Laymen as they share the good news each Sunday!

9am – Knoebels: Across from campground registration desk *Bring chairs!
10:30am – J&D Campground: Multi-purpose building *Seating provided

LuoPad Ministry – August 5th @ 9:30AM – This dynamic group of ladies will meet on the first Thursday of each month to assemble sanitary garments for women in third world countries. 1000’s have been made and sent around the world already!
