PackHOPE Event – September 11 Event Location: HERE!
Ages: 12 yrs. and older
Financial Goal: $26,000 – pays for 78,000 meals
Volunteer Goal: 72 people/shift

Shift Schedules: Two shifts – 8:30am and 11:00am

Remember those M&M Tubes? Donations from returned tubes go to support the meals we’ll be packing at the PackHOPE event! $1 provides 3 meals! Return tubes by 8/29.

Family Fun Next Sunday We’ll be having another softball game following the 10:30am service August 15! Sr. High and older, men & women, are invited to play pending the weather. Want to play? Contact Pastor John.

Fishnet Meeting this Week This group of ladies meets Thursdays 9AM-12 noon at the home of Linda Beyer. They process large quantities of eyeglasses and sunglasses to be sent all over the world! If you would like to join them, please contact Donna Outt.

IF Gathering Bonus Event On August 11 at 7PM all ladies from senior high up to age 99 are welcome to join us in the Chapel to enjoy a message from one of the wonderful speakers of the IF Gathering team! The cost is $5 per person or free to those who paid to go to the IF event in April.

Lost Something? Check out our Lost & Found display in the gym! Anything left after August 15th will be either donated or disposed of.

Kitchen Call! Wednesday Family meals begin September 1st! Do you enjoy cooking? How about helping in the kitchen? Or setting up the dining area? Maybe even dishwashing! This well-loved ministry will be back in action soon and needs help! Call the office!

Next Baptism Sunday: Aug. 15 – If you would like to take the plunge in following Jesus’ example, let us know by 8/8!

Blood Drive Monday, Aug. 9th – Stop by the BFLC (gym) from 1-6pm. The Red Cross is in need of blood and is taking every precaution to keep everyone safe during their collections.

Blanket Collection for Unto From locust infestations to forest fires to floods, blankets have been in high demand! As a result, Unto, formerly GAiN, is in dire need of replenishing their blanket stock and is collecting new or gently-used blankets.

Christian Literature Collection We’ll be collecting gently used Bibles, Christian books, CD’s and DVD’s. All materials will be brought to the
Experience Missions collection point in Williamsport who will sort, organize and ship it around the world! Note: No Guidepost, please. * Collection points are located in the main foyer *
