Missionary Dessert Receptions

Today at 6pm: Tom & Annie Dennen! Join us for spiritual encouragement as they give their recaps on what’s been
going on in their mission field! Any and all desserts would be appreciated! Please bring them to the kitchen.

Next Reception: July 2 – Sandowiches!!

Backyard Tour Tonight! 6:00-8:30pm Jr. & Sr. High will be swimming and enjoying hot dogs at Scott & Gwynn Saxon’s home!

Need Any Yard Work Done? Jr. High will be doing various service projects during their 24/7 Mission Week, July 9-15. Please call the church office if you or someone you know could use some assistance with any odd jobs.

Barnabas Sunday: Next Week! During the first Sunday of every month, FBC collects food items for the Danville Food Bank. The collection basket will be in the Foyer next Sunday. The need for July is Jello-O & Pudding.

Dessert Reception with the Sandowiches Next Sunday! Micah & Katrina Sandowich are missionaries with Global Serve International at their headquarters in Florida. We are skipping the originally planned chicken BBQ and going straight to dessert!! See you next Sunday at 6pm.

Special Offering for the Dennens Today Tom & Annie serve with The Jesus Film Project to extend the good news to souls who have yet to hear the gospel in their own language. Special offering plates are located in the back of the sanctuary if you feel led to give toward their efforts.

Fern Martin Memorial Flowers The flowers in the sanctuary are given in loving memory of Fern Martin by her family. Fern’s Memorial Service was here at FBC on Friday. Fern was a member here since 1995.

Temporary Prayer Chain Rerouting – Please call Judy Killian with your Prayer Chain requests until July 9th.

Fishnet Partners! Fishnet Ministries processes large quantities of goods that will be sent to the mission field. This Thursday, they will be working on processing eye glasses in the BFLC from 9-12pm. All are welcome!

Safe Church Class: Last Chance before VBS! Mark your calendars for one of these upcoming classes taking place in the Chapel! All volunteers working with children must attend a Safe Church Class.

God’s Champions + VBS = AWESOME! God’s Champions is launching into VBS this year! If you are interested in being a buddie if the need arises, please circle “V” on your Connect Card or contact the church office.

The Youth Costa Rica Mission Team is on Their Way! The team of 21 individuals left for the airport at 3:30am this morning and will be returning on July 2nd. Want to know more and how you can pray for them? Pick up their Prayer Guide at the Information Desk today!

Ahhhh That Summer Breeze! Just a friendly reminder to make sure all windows and exterior doors are closed and locked after meetings, Bible studies, etc. FBC thanks you for your cooperation!

VBS Food Donations Time! The Kitchen Team makes yummy snacks for the kiddos and is looking for donations to help make this possible. Please see the VBS table to sign up to bring a specific food item.

New Offering Box Missed the offering? Then the new offering box is your next stop! Located on the wall near the Info Desk, you’ll find envelopes for Offering, Love and Fellowship Fund to help get your tithe or donation to where you would like it to be applied.
