Children’s Sunday School Update! Our classes are growing! Praise God! Grades 2 and 3 will now be their own class starting next week in room 7.

 

Red Cross Blood Drive will be here next Monday, April 12, in the BFLC from 1:00-6:00pm. The Red Cross is in need of blood and is taking every precaution to keep everyone safe during their collections.

 

Library Grand Reopening Next Sunday! They’ll be open on Sundays from 9:15am – 10:15am. Catch up on many good reads!

 

Special Easter Offering This year, our special Easter offering will go toward the Good Samaritan Mission, currently located on Ferry Street. They are in the process getting ready to move to a new location! They help our community by providing hygiene products, weekend bags of food for Danville students in need, clothing, adult education and much more! Happening Sunday – The Barnabas Basket is a monthly food collection that takes place on the first Sunday of the month (Communion Sunday). All donations are given to the Danville Food Bank. The basket will be located in the main lobby. April’s Need is Canned Fruit.

IF Gathering 2021 – Saturday, April 24 9AM-1PM – Special Event for Women! Welcome all ladies from senior high up to age 99! Jennie Allen, author of many Christian women’s books and studies, is also the founder of IF Gathering which has an international following. She states that she wakes up every morning on a mission: disciple a generation by loving God more every day for who He is through His Word! We will be enjoying messages from the wonderful speakers of the IF Gathering team, discussion time, fellowship, yummy snacks, and more! The cost of the event is $25 per person. We will be masking and safe distancing in the gym.
