Barnabas Sunday During the first Sunday of every month, FBC collects food items for the Danville Food Bank. The collection basket is in the Foyer next Sunday. October’s need is for Noodles & Macaroni.

 

LuoPad Team Join us the first Thursday of every month in the gym at 9:30am. The LuoPads we assemble will be added to kits that will be handed out in Costa Rica by the Women’s Ministry team. If you’d like sewing lessons so you can help out, contact Patty Miller. Monetary donations can be made out to FBC with LuoPads in the memo.

 

Family Meal This Wednesday
Served: 4:45-5:45PM | Suggested Donation is $3/person or $10/family
Sign Up by Monday: Ramp Bulletin Board, in SBS class or call the office
Menu: Lasagna, Garlic Bread, Salad & the desserts you bring. Desserts are on a donation basis; feel free to share a dessert any time.
Special Needs: If you know of a shut-in or elderly person you would like to deliver a meal to, please sign them up and indicate “Shut-In”. Meals for special needs are free of charge.

REVAMPED FIRST AID AT FBC – Have you seen the new first aid cabinets around the church?! Take a peek in them to get familiar with what they offer and where they are located (by kitchen, 2nd floor hallway paralleling the gym and by the elevator on the second floor). First aid bins are still located in the sanctuary coatroom.

 

New Bern Mission Trip – FBC is Going to NC…AGAIN!! We are looking for 3 volunteers to join our team of 5 as we partner with Samaritan’s Purse in ministering to families in New Bern, NC. :
– Leaving early Sunday, November 10
– Returning Saturday afternoon, November 16
