Happening Next Sunday The Barnabas Basket is a monthly food collection that takes place on the first Sunday of the month (Communion Sunday). All donations are given to the Danville Food Bank. The basket will be located in the main foyer. March’s Need: Cereal

Connect Card Is there something we can pray for? Have questions? Need info? We encourage you to fill out our Connect Card. You can find it here or online by scanning the QR code.

Family Meeting Wednesday
Served: 4:45-5:45PM | Suggested Donation is $3/person or $10/family
Sign Up by Monday: Ramp Bulletin Board, in SBS class or call the office
Menu: Beef Tips & Gravy with Pasta and Carrots and the desserts you bring. Desserts are on a donation basis; feel free to share a dessert any time.
Special Needs: If you know of a shut-in or elderly person you would like to deliver a meal to, please sign them up and indicate “Shut-In”. Meals for special needs are free of charge.

Save the Date We will be hosting a Passover Seder with Mottel Baleston on Saturday, March 23rd at 4pm. Mark your calendars! Sign ups coming soon!

Fishnet Meeting This Week! This group of amazing ladies meets on Thursdays from 9AM-12 noon at the home of Linda Beyer. They process large quantities of eyeglasses and sunglasses to be sent all over the world! If you would like to join them, please contact Donna Outt.

Active Retired Men in Service Thursdays @ 8:30AM. This great group of guys meets for devotions, prayer time and lots of fellowship! Following their group time, they also help out around the church as well. Come on over!

Samaritan’s Purse Mission Relief Trip to Mayfield, KY April 14-20, 2024 – We are looking for a few more men and/or women interested in going to Kentucky to help with tornado relief. This town was devastated by a tornado 1 1/2 yrs ago and the rebuilding process is still ongoing. For more information, contact Frank Auker. Sign up in the Main Lobby.

Joni & Friends There will be an informational meeting on March 3rd at 9:15 am under the balcony for anyone interested in helping out at the camps this year. The available weeks are June 16-18, 23-28, & July 28-Aug 2. Contact Donna Outt for more information.

Tacos with the Team NEW ATTENDERS! Sunday, 3/10 at 11:45am in gym. You are invited to our luncheon for a chance to get to know our
pastors and staff. Sign up on ramp, in Sunday school class or contact the church office.

Game Night – Friday, March 8 at 6pm – We are continuing our every other Friday game nights. If you are looking for something to do, consider joining us. There are lots of games for all ages and of course plenty of snacks.

Ladies Walking Group With the time change quickly approaching (3/10), the Ladies’ Walking Group will also be restarting. Their first night will be 3/7 at 6:30pm and continue every other Thursday. They will be walking outdoors, unless the weather is bad then they will meet inside the gym. This group is for ladies of all ages and walking abilities. The leaders will match your speed. No one is left in the dust.

Audio/Visual Techs Needed Full coaching and training provided! Interested? Email pjohn@danvillefirstbaptist.org

Sound Tech: Love music? Have an ear to hear the different instruments in a song? We will equip you to mix and run our sound boards for our radio and sanctuary sound ministry.
Projector Tech: If you love worship music and can navigate a computer, we could use a talented computer tech to run our lyrics for worship services.
Video Tech: If you have an eye for live broadcasting and enjoy multitasking, you will be controlling multiple cameras via one master computer.
