Scholarship Funds Available: The Mission Board will be accepting applications for post-high school education from applicants planning to attend post-graduate training at an academic facility with the intention to pursue ministry or missionary work upon graduation. Jennie Allen, author of many Christian women’s books and studies, is also the founder of IF Gathering which has an international following. She states that she wakes up every morning on a mission: disciple a generation by loving God more every day for who He is through His Word! We will be enjoying messages from the wonderful speakers of the IF Gathering team, discussion time, fellowship, yummy snacks, and more! The cost of the event is $25 per person. We will be masking and safe distancing in the gym.

Happening Sunday The Barnabas Basket is a monthly food collection that takes place on the first Sunday of the month (Communion Sunday). All donations are given to the Danville Food Bank. The basket will be located in the main lobby. March’s Need is Cereal.

College Care Ministry – It’s that time of year again! Our college students will be headed into final exams soon and we as a church family want to be there to root them on! Did your student go back to school? Are they distance learning from home? You have the option to have us mail their care package to them or you can pick up their care package on Easter Sunday (4/4). Monetary donations are gratefully accepted to help cover the cost of supplies and postage (no item donations this time). Please make checks out to FBC and add “College ministry” to the memo. Unto Warehouse Trip!!! Saturday, March 20 9AM-4PM – The Missions Board is looking for 10 adults to go down to the Unto warehouse in Mt. Joy! There, they will get special training to set them up for success as leaders of our very own food packing project here at FBC . If you would like to be part of this opportunity, please contact the church office. Must be able to provide own transportation and bagged lunch. Masks required.

Fishnet is Meeting every Thursday from 9 AM-12 noon at the home of Linda Beyer. The ladies meet to check and clean eyeglasses that Unto (formerly GAiN) then distributes all over the world. If you would like to join them at Linda Beyer’s home, please contact Donna Outt.
